She is the founder and CEO of Great Expectations Realty, LLC in Ocala Florida. She is also a partner at the real estate investment company Davan Real Estate.

Andrea Proeber is a licensed real estate instructor for the State of Florida as well as a Faculty Member for the Florida Realtors and a public speaker.

Andrea Proeber is best known for her successful YouTube channel with well over a million views and avid fans. Since 2022 she is now gaining attention from her short form videos on TikTok that have garnered millions of views.

Since 2021 Andra Proeber is host to a twice weekly radio show airing on WOCA 96.3 talk radio in Central Florida and a podcast.
As of April 2023 the radio show is featured on WITG 104.7 Classic Hits and streaming online.

Andrea Proeber previously a Chairperson of the local board of Realtors Community Awareness Committee, and the Public Relations Sub-Committee. She has also been a member of the Professional Development Committee and the Property Management Committee for several years.

Founding member of the NARPM Citrus/Alachua/Levy/Marion counties network group. She continues to promote education and camaraderie within the property management industry.
