New Animal Services Facility Approved
The Marion County Commission has approved plans to build a new animal services center, replacing the current shelter on Southeast 25th Avenue. The facility will include expanded kennels, improved medical areas, and dedicated adoption spaces.

Apartment Fire Under Investigation
Ocala Fire Rescue responded to an overnight apartment fire on Northeast 36th Avenue. One resident suffered minor injuries, and the cause remains under investigation.

No School Tuesday for Students
Marion County Public Schools remind families that next Tuesday, November 11th, will be a teacher workday. Classes will resume Wednesday.

Harvest Market Returns Downtown
The Ocala Downtown Market will host its annual Harvest Market this weekend, with local vendors, food trucks, and live music from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
