Deputy Chief Lou Biondi has displayed an impressive commitment, serving for an incredible 30 years with unwavering dedication and exceptional leadership within the Ocala Police Department. His journey commenced on September 7, 1993, following four years of honorable service in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer. Throughout his illustrious career, Lou Biondi undertook numerous pivotal roles and consistently demonstrated an unyielding dedication to fulfilling OPD's mission. In the early stages of his career, he contributed as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and Detective, and was an invaluable member of the SWAT team. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Deputy Chief Biondi for his remarkable three-decade commitment to service and leadership for the City of Ocala. Your dedication to safeguarding and serving our community is deeply cherished!
